Prior Shipping

For all made-to-order dolls, we will send you photos before making the shipment. Please make sure you submit the correct email address so that you can receive your doll photos. And some times our initial email may go to your spam box for your mailbox and network setting, so please do not hesitate to contact with us again.

Shipping and Packaging

Due to the current Covid-19 situation and the constant improving or worsening conditions in different countries, the Covid-19 Shipping Time is only indicative. All our sex dolls are delivered in 100% discrete packaging. Sex dolls arrive in a plain brown box. The contents will be stated as “Mannequin” on the customs declaration.

Average Making Time
Made-to-order dolls:
USA & 2-3 weeks on customized TPE sex dolls (implanted hair may extend processing time).
4-8 weeks on customized silicone sex dolls.

Made-to-order:
USA & Canada: 7-15 days
European Union: 40-60 days
UK, Switzerland, Norway: 7-15 days

In-stock dolls:
3-10 days (For USA&EU orders only)

Shipping Method

we work with FedEx, UPS, DHL to transport your real sex doll. If you want to appoint a shipping method, please message us in your order note. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We will also trace shipping till you receive sex dolls in good order, please contact with us if any unexpected happen in transit and we will assist you in 24 hours for the solution on time.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is FREE to all countries – worldwide. We do not ship to countries that have strict laws regarding sex toys (India, Brazil, etc).

Buyers are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning a product to us. Shipping Costs are non-refundable if you decide to return a package. Depending on where you send and the shipping method you use the time it will take for us to receive your product will vary.

Import Taxes

For countries like Canada, Mexico, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, customs may collect import duty when the doll arrives.
